​Montoursville, PA – Motorists who travel southbound on Routes 11 (Water Street) and 147 (Duke Street) in Northumberland Borough, Northumberland County, are advised of a lane restriction at the Duke and Water Streets underpass on Wednesday, January 6. 

A department force crew will perform inlet repair work between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, weather permitting.

Motorists should be alert, expect slow or stopped traffic, and drive with caution through the work zone.
