King of Prussia, PA – A right lane closure is scheduled on eastbound Interstate 76 between the South Street and Passyunk Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia, on Sunday, November 15, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, for survey operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. 

Motorists are advised to allow extra time for travel through the work area or to use an alternate route as backups may occur on eastbound I-76. All scheduled operations are weather dependent.

Work on this operation will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, special signing, and relevant training.
