Utility Customers to Get More Help with Past-Due Balances

The Department of Public Service announced that it is implementing changes to the VT COVID-19 Arrearage Assistance Program (VCAAP), to increase grant awards for customers that need help with utility bills due to loss of income from COVID-19.

Changes include:

a supplemental grant award
increased grant awards
