SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:

SB 118 by the Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review – Public safety.
SB 119 by the Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review – State employment: State Bargaining Units.
SB 423 by Senator Thomas Umberg (D-Santa Ana) – November 3, 2020, statewide general election.
