TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jimmy Patronis announces the appointment of William Radford Lovett II to the Florida Prepaid College Board.   CFO Jimmy Patronis said, "In its near 30 year history, more than 1.8 million Florida Prepaid Plans have been purchased and more than 450,000 students have attended college using their prepaid plan. I'm proud to appoint William Radford Lovett II to the Florida Prepaid College Board and I have no doubt that his leadership and investment experience will be an asset to the premier college prepaid program in the country."   Lovett currently serves as the President of Southcoast Capital Management Corporation, Chairman of TowerCom, LLC and Managing Director of Lovett Miller and Company. He formerly served as a member of the University of North Florida’s Board of Trustees, Co-Chairman of the Capital Campaign and President of the Foundation Board.
