SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 6.28.20 Vermont State Police was on patrol in the town of Richford. They

observed Larry Garrow II, 32 years old of Richford, VT, operating a motor

vehicle on a public highway. After a check of his license it was determined that

Garrow was criminally suspended. He was issued a citation for the above charge.
