Courthouses in Barnes, Bottineau, Eddy, Foster, Kidder, McHenry, McIntosh, Ramsey, and Walsh counties will reopen to the public Monday, June 15. The Mountrail and Wells County courthouses reopened June 3, Billings County reopened June 8 and Stark County reopened June 10.
