First Missouri State Capitol hosts holiday classic readings starting Nov. 23
JEFFERSON CITY, MO, NOV. 16, 2018 – First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site is taking part in the St. Charles Christmas Traditions Festival activities on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. between Nov. 23 and Dec. 21. Stop by the historic Chauncey Shepard residence at First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site to enjoy a special reading of "’Twas the Night Before Christmas" with musical accompaniment. Readings will happen every 15 minutes. The event is free, and seating is limited.
