Consent prohibition against Adam D. Koontz, former employee of Fayette County Bank, Saint Elmo, Illinois, for unsafe and unsound lending practices
Adams Bank and Trust, Ogallala, Nebraska Order of assessment of a civil money penalty dated May 15, 2019
