Begin consideration of H.R. 1 – For the People Act of 2019 (Rep. Sarbanes – House Administration) (Subject to a Rule)

The Rule provides for two hours of general debate and makes in order 72 amendments, and allows for amendments to be offered en bloc.  A full list of amendments can be found HERE.

**Members are advised that following last votes the House will complete two hours of general debate of H.R. 1.  After general debate, the House will begin consideration of amendments to H.R. 1.   Any recorded votes requested on amendments will be postponed until Thursday.
