Almost all reported sex crimes of the disabled are covered-up by Governor Andrew Cuomo’s corrupt Justice Center with the protection of AG Underwood

ALBANY, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, September 7, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Jonathan Carey Foundation along with the Associated Press and BuzzFeed News have exposed numerous illegal practices by Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Justice Center. Ten certified or priority mailed letters have been sent to Underwood to direct the cessation of these crimes, but Underwood has continued to ignore the criminal cover-ups of almost all sex assaults.

Michael Carey, the founder of the Jonathan Carey Foundation who also is a well known and respected civil rights and disability rights advocate has uncovered a pattern of criminal cover-ups and the protection of sexual predators similar to that of the Catholic Church. Hard to fathom, but the State of New York is also taking sex offenders straight from prison and placing them in group homes and facilities where developmentally disabled individuals live.

Michael Carey has been exposing that almost all sexual assaults and rapes of primarily women and children with disabilities within Cuomo’s mental health agencies are never criminally investigated or prosecuted. The cover-ups are purposeful and ordered by Gov. Cuomo and other top State officials to conceal the shame of these sexual assault atrocities happening with the governors agencies from the public, but also to protect the State of New York from multi-million dollar lawsuits. This news story regarding a State employee/caregiver who is a pedophile will disgust you. Stephen DeProspero called Cuomo’s system “a predators dream”. DeProsero was caught by the feds in a porn sting or he would still be sexually assaulting disabled children in a State run group home today.

"The lack of supervision there made it easy to do what I did," DeProspero said in a handwritten affidavit obtained by The Associated Press. "I could have stayed in that house for years and abused him every day without anybody even noticing at all. It was a predator's dream."

It is Governor Andrew Cuomo that has directed the protection sexual predators like DeProspero. The only reasons for AG Underwood to look the other way would be to protect Governor Andrew Cuomo and the Medicaid fraud Ponzi Scheme.

Now Attorney General Underwood is going after the Catholic Church for the same exact matters of covering -up sex crimes and the protection of pedophile priests. Obviously, this must happen, but at the very same time Underwood and Cuomo must be investigated swiftly by the US Department of Justice for their involvement in the protection of countless sexual predator caregivers within New York State’s mental health agencies.
