Franchise Business Review surveyed 10,923 franchisees representing over 120 brands and asked them about their experience owning a franchise, including questions about the overall satisfaction with the brand, training and support, financial outlook, brand leadership, and more. After combing through the feedback given by franchisees, we narrowed the list to 80 franchises to make the Top Low Cost Franchises list.
