OMAHA NEBRASKA REALTOR JUDY KRAMER OFFERS “HOMETOWN HEROES” PROGRAM FOR HER LOCAL COMMUNITY
I’m proud to help all these “Hometown” Heroes and give them the recognition they so richly deserve. I believe in being thankful for what I have, and I want to illustrate that by helping others.”
OMAHA, NEBRASKA, USA, August 23, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Judy Kramer is a very kind, thoughtful and responsive Real Estate agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha, Nebraska. She is proud to introduce her “HOMETOWN HEROES SAVINGS PROGRAM” to her community. She says, “I have a special program especially for individuals that may fall into one of these professions: Military, Firefighters, Police, Teachers, Nurses, Psychologists, and First Responders. This program provides discounts that can help these deserving individuals, whether they are a buyer or seller. — Judy Kramer
Judy will be the first to tell you that she isn’t one of the “old timers” in Real Estate (as some are), but since getting into the Real Estate industry 7 ½ years ago, she now feels she’s “home” (no pun intended). Each career path she’s had up until now has not only brought her to this point, but has built upon her previous experiences: administrative, human resources, finances and now to Real Estate. She’s now able to help people with what. most likely, is the biggest financial endeavor they’ll ever make: buying and selling their home.
Judy loves to be able to help individuals and families find that perfect home, but she also likes to give back whenever she can. She explored several avenues before establishing her own program called Hometown Heroes Savings Program and wanted to be able to see first-hand how her contributions could help those in her own Omaha Metro area community. Judy wants to help those people whom we tend to forget in our everyday lives, but are truly our everyday heroes: Military, Firefighters, Police, Teachers, EMT’s, Psychologists, and Nurses.
The first group she wanted to thank was our Military. Our Military is the reason we are able to have the freedom to live our lives wherever our dreams take us. And, of course, the number one dream for most people is to have a place to call “home.”
Our local Police Officers are our first-line of defense right here in our community. Until something happens that affects us, we don’t always realize what an extremely difficult and dangerous profession it is. Not only that, they are often underappreciated when it comes to getting their fair share of recognition.
Judy has said that Teachers have always held a special place in her heart. They set the standard for learning and encouraging us to achieve more than what we would expect for ourselves. Every teacher she knows spends their own money to help provide the necessary materials to achieve the programs established. Thus, money is often tight. She is excited to not only be able to give back to them financially, but to present them with that recognition they deserve.
Firefighters are often overlooked when it comes to being rewarded. They are, by nature, people who are inclined to take action when others are in danger. They put their lives on the line every single day they are called to a site by running into burning buildings, rescuing and saving lives, all at the expense of their own life.
How often do we talk about First Responders, Nurses, and Psychologists? As the name states, First Responders are the first ones on the scene of an emergency and make quick, life-changing, decisions every day. Nurses are usually the ones that are there through the entire process whether it is an emergency or an illness. They are the ones that gather the information; explain in layman’s terms what is to be done; and create that calming effect for their patients. Judy cannot say enough about Psychologists: Psychologists are the “behind the scenes” people that help others deal with the kind of trauma we hope we’ll never need, like the loss of a child, PTSD, or teenage suicide attempts.
Judy says, “I’m proud to be able to help all these “Hometown” Heroes and give them the recognition they so richly deserve. I believe in being thankful for what I have, and I want to illustrate that by helping others.”
