Cuomo protecting his appointed Justice Center ‘special prosecutor’ deemed unconstitutional
Governor Andrew Cuomo set up a State employee to bypass county prosecutors to cover-up crimes against the disabled
The New York State Constitution under Article 13 Section 13 says that crimes committed within a county must be prosecuted by the county elected District Attorney. Governor Cuomo thought he could blow off the NYS and US Constitutions and basically say the hell with the disabled; with his actions he is basically saying, we are not going to provide them their right to ‘equal protection of laws.’ So Cuomo appoints a New York State employee under his direct control to bypass 62 county elected District Attorney’s in New York State that have the legal jurisdiction to prosecute these horrific crimes. There is only one reason for Governor Cuomo to do this which is to purposefully cover-up thousands of physical and sexual assault crimes and criminally negligent homicides occurring within his mental health agencies.
Three State Supreme Court Judges and the New York State Attorney General have all said what Cuomo has done is unconstitutional, but Cuomo has ignored them and continued to obstruct justice and cover-up almost all crimes and deaths reported internally by mandated reporters. It is time for the federal criminal and civil rights investigations and swift indictments of Governor Andrew Cuomo and other top State officials involved in the wide-scale obstruction of justice, the criminal conspiracy and the public corruption which is all rooted in massive Medicaid fraud.
