Mullins Food Products is a leading sauce manufacturer, boasting 80 years in the industry. The company’s 330,000-square-foot facility produces millions of gallons of liquid food products each year, which incorporate 550 raw materials from more than 125 ingredient and packing suppliers. With this production, Mullins Food Products manages more than 10,000 required documents.

In 2014, Mullins Food Products implemented both Supplier Management and Supplier Compliance from TraceGains. In February 2016, Mullins had their annual BRC audit. With the new document management programs in place from TraceGains, Mullins could pull up all requested documents within seconds.
“Because TraceGains is a ‘living’ system, all of the documents are present and up-to-date,” Krystofiak added.
Mullins streamlined communication with its vendors and shifted the burden of managing more than 10,000 documents away from QA. Communication was improved as every department could log into the TraceGains system and find what they needed, when they needed it.
