San Francisco – 9 June 2018 – The City of Seat Pleasant: A Smart City of Excellence, in Prince George’s County, Maryland will offer Virtual Reality (VR) demos of its Connected Government Solution (CGS) to attendees of the Maryland Municipal League Summer Conference on June 11-12, 2018. Seat Pleasant’s Connected Government Solution is an advanced software platform that connects and manages all city services (Police Department, Fire Department, Public Works, Hospitals, & Transportation) while providing real-time updates from social media, CCTV, traffic, weather and other data sources.

The demos will be offered using the Oculus Go, the newest VR headset, offering users the most advanced standalone experience available for VR.

The Maryland Municipal League Summer Conference is being held in Ocean City, Maryland, June 10-13. The annual conference attracts hundreds of Maryland city and town officials to discuss municipal issues. The event features an exhibition of a wide array of products and services from healthcare and insurance to transportation and construction.
