Hero Spotlight & Rewards is a new initiative from Naples-based Florida Prime Realty uniquely dedicated to serving those who so diligently serve others.

Florida Prime Realty has teamed with mortgage firms, title companies and home inspection enterprises to launch a new program called Hero Spotlight & Rewards.

According to Florida Prime Realty Sales Associate Nikki Dimitrova, the focus of the initiative involves serving those who are dedicated to serving others. As she explains, “When you consider the service and sacrifices made by those who answer the call to duty, whether through the military, or through their work as first responders, healthcare providers and educators, it just wasn’t enough to only say ‘Thank You for your service.’ Our intent was to find a way to more fully serve those who we recognize as our hometown heroes. With the support of Florida Prime Realty Broker Erik Mogelvang (whose father served in the Navy), Dimitrova says the program is dedicated to giving back to local area heroes who consistently and beneficially impact the lives of others. The program is bolstered by support from First Integrity Title, Inc, American Eagle Mortgage, Finance of America Mortgage, Marketplace Mortgage and Davynsee Home Inspections Company. Through the auspices of this collaboration, the program will provide greater savings on costs and convenience to eligible home buyers and home sellers.

The Hero Spotlight & Rewards program will additionally see Florida Prime Realty add a new focus area to their website and social media pages. As opposed to only showing the customary market information on real estate, Dimitrova say the firm will put a spotlight on local residents who are contributing to Naples’ quality-of-life.
