Over the last two years, VTrips (https://www.vtrips.com/) has already invested $1 million in home automation including equipping properties with high speed wireless, keyless locks, state-of-the art thermostats and smart lighting. The additional investment in home automation, including the voice activated Echo devices, is aimed to further enhance guest experience as well as provide significant reduced energy consumption for homeowners. The full roll-out is anticipated to be completed by 2020.
