Carmel, IN, January 23, 2018– Mark Hinton, a Carmel resident and member of the Democratic Party, has announced his candidacy for Indiana House District 39.

I am running to bring a new energy and fresh perspective to state government. We need a legislature that addresses issues proactively, before they take a huge toll financially, and in the lives of those affected.
