The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation was established in 1982 by Visionary civic leader Bob Weinberg, the CHP 11-99 Foundation provides emergency benefits to California Highway Patrol employees and their families in times of crisis.

To honor those contributions, Chief Daniel J. Minor and Lieutenant Derek Moulton on behalf of CHP presented Rudy L. Kusuma with the honorary plaque representing their mutual membership with this organization.
