The California Apartment Association 8th annual ceremony was held November 16th at the Alexandria Ballroom in Los Angeles bringing together the best of the best in the rental housing industry.The annual L.A. Signature Awards recognizes the top rental housing communities in Los Angeles, as well as the companies and individuals behind their excellence.

Other awards presented included Property of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, Leasing Specialist of the Year and Best New Construction, with one winner in each category.
