FDF food safety event explores food chain integrity

Safety, authenticity, and hygiene are a top priority for the food and drink manufacturing sector. The Food and Drink Federation's (FDF) annual Food Safety event, Evolving Science and Food Chain Integrity, will look at the technological approaches to enhancing food chain integrity and avoiding issues in a complex and fast-moving environment.
With a keynote speech from the Food Standards Agency, the event will cover supply chain sequencing, traceability, and technology, as well as cyber security, crop protection, and risk assessment.
Attendees will also hear from speakers from organisations including Campden BRI, BRC Global Standards, Food Forensics, Innovate UK, National Cyber Security Centre, Crop Health and Protection, Fera Science, RSSL, and University of Kent.
