Federal Reserve Board announces approval of notice by The Toronto-Dominion Bank, TD Group US Holdings LLC, and TD Bank US Holding Company

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced its approval of the notice under section 4 of the Bank Holding Company Act by The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Toronto, Canada; TD Group US Holdings LLC, Wilmington, Delaware; and TD Bank US Holding Company, Cherry Hill, New Jersey (collectively, "TD"), to acquire Scottrade Financial Services, Inc., Town and Country, Missouri, and to merge Scottrade Bank, Town and Country, into TD's subsidiary national bank, TD Bank, National Association, Wilmington.
