2. NEKTAR PHARMACEUTICALS SEPERATE ANALGESIA FROM EUPHORIA WITH NKTR-181: Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer, Dr Stephen Doberstein, explores engineering the brain entry rate of MOR agonists to reduce liability and presents findings from both a pre-clinical and clinical analysis.

3. PHARMALEADS ENHANCE ENDOGENOUS OPIOID CONCENTRATIONS AS A NOVEL TREATMENT FOR SEVERE PAIN: Head of Clinical Operations, Dr Tanja Ouimet, unveils clinical results obtained with PL37 and the development of PL265, the first dual ENKephalinase inhibitors (DENKIs) to reach the clinic.
