The Kuwait National Guard is officially supporting the 5th Annual Crisis & Risk Management Summit, taking place from 30 April - 3 May 2017 in Kuwait.

KUWAIT CITY, KUWAIT, February 16, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Over the past year, the number of fires caused by oil spills and leaks in fields and refineries in the GCC has exponentially increased. With the region becoming a prime hotspot for risks, the need for vigorous crisis management systems, a solid crisis management and response team is essential. Thus, organisations across the GCC are actively implementing emergency response, business continuity and resiliency plans to prevent and overcome unforeseen circumstances.

The objective of this meeting is to enable crisis management and emergency response experts from Kuwait and across the region to discuss how to prevent emergency incidents before they occur, review the most effective strategies for emergency response and identify ways to integrate business continuity management in their day-to-day operations.
