Sam Talucci of Talucci Consulting Group to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

If you were to reflect on your life, how might you rewrite that story?
— Sam Talucci
WEST CHESTER, PENNSYLVANIA, USA, January 13, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Sometimes moving your business forward can feel like climbing a mountain.

Sam Talucci is a professional leadership coach, strategic organizational development consultant and the founder of Talucci Consulting Group. Talucci’s personal and professional mission is to help individuals and groups identify the patterns that exist in their relationships to improve communication.

“We work with individuals and teams on their interpersonal communication,” says Talucci. “It’s about communication, decision making, dealing with conflict, managing risk: all the things we do as human beings in relationships. Our work with clients is to get them to think about what they’re doing, how they’re doing it and how they can actually move to a place where it might offer better outcomes.”

According to Talucci, the question is: Would you like more satisfying outcomes than the outcomes you are getting? As a leadership coach, the agenda is to create better outcomes for the client and their team. As a consultant, Talucci supports, challenges, and in some cases directs how the group or organization can move forward with its strategic initiatives.

“You’re asking them to reflect. Here is your story; how is that working for you? If it’s not working for you and you’re not satisfied with it, how can we do things differently?” says Talucci. “I’m not advocating nirvana, rainbows, unicorns and pixie dust. I’m advocating a pragmatic view of interpersonal relationships.”

Prior to establishing Talucci Consulting Group, Talucci spent years in the hospitality industry as general manager, regional director and vice president.

“One of the things I noticed is that I had managers that worked well together and other teams that just couldn’t get the outcomes you were hoping for,” says Talucci. “It fascinated me.”

At the same time, Talucci became an instructor at NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) for aspiring mountaineers.

“In my ongoing journey of identity, I found that I liked the version of myself teaching and working with teams on expeditions as much as I liked myself working in the hospitality industry. I had these two roles tugging on each other, but I asked myself, ‘How can I do more?’”

This realization inspired Talucci to pursue his master’s degree in applied behavioral science for coaching and consulting organizations.

“I listen to my clients and their story, but it’s about challenging that story. If you were to reflect on your life, how might you rewrite that story? That’s what I bring to clients: the pragmatism of having worked in organizations, having been an entrepreneur, and navigating the politics of an organization.”

“So I’m most proud of reinventing myself,” says Talucci. “My journey offers a pretty amazing narrative that can inspire clients.”
