TraceGains continues to expand its staff to meet the growing demand for its food safety, quality, and compliance software solution. TraceGains’ Customer Success team is essential to smoothly onboard new customers and collaborate with existing customers to take advantage of ongoing system enhancements. In this newly-created position, Mr. Catalano will manage a portfolio of TraceGains' customer accounts.

Mr. Catalano has previously held IT and consulting positions in technology, healthcare, and academia. The Pennsylvania native studied criminology and information assurance at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
