FDF's Food Safety and Authenticity Convention

Promoting best practise in food safety and hygiene across the sector, the Food and Drink Federation’s Food Safety and Authenticity Convention will take place on Tuesday 4 October 2016 in London.

Headlined by a key-note address from Catherine Brown, Chief Executive, Food Standards Agency, FDF’s convention programme features a range of speakers covering topics such as risk assessment, allergens management and labelling, residues and contaminants and food crime.

The convention is likely to attract a range of food safety and hygiene professionals including technical professionals, microbiologists, quality assurance specialists, incident and site managers and food safety trainers.

Helen Munday, FDF Chief Scientist, said: "Food and drink safety is a complex and ever changing business priority. Pursuing best practice in authenticity and hygiene is the number one concern of every responsible food and drink manufacturing operator.
