This is a plea for intervention to save my life from a former building manager who has me under surveillance and with the help of his associates or criminal ring hack, stalk, invade, and endanger my life. I reported to the police repeatedly and provided requested and additional materials, but to no effect.

I am an educator and a writer. As I awaited my retirement in 2012 from a teaching career, I moved to a small quiet building unit to focus on writing. Later, I realized that the building manager and his wife are hackers and identity thieves and have been hacking me since 2012 till today.

One of my computers is permanently used as a server for home group and subscription set. My emails’ addresses, phone numbers, messages, and Word documents that include intellectual property are shared and sold. My accounts are accessed and used for purchases and fraudulent activities. In addition, my Google page is defaced and viciously altered.

When questioned, the managing couple became very confrontational and diabolical, coming to my door to fight me, and fumigating my rooms without any notice.

I reported to the police on February 2015 and was assigned a detective who worked diligently with a trespassing offence. Later, she referred me to the computer unit for the hacking, identity theft and other computer crimes. After that, she was transferred.

When I spoke to the replacement officer, he disparaged me and warned that “it would never happen.” In accordance, other officers assigned to the managers’ different crimes including check theft, and charges to my account did little to investigate or resolve the issues.

I moved to another city, but the managers were undeterred. With a feeling of empowerment, they used associates who are probably fellow home group and gang members to stalk, harass, and endanger my life. I became caught up in a criminal ring.

The criminals entered my new home and committed acts of vandalism, including spraying unknown but sickening substances in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The leader lived in the building complex and recruited others, including youngsters who mocked me as I approached my house one day.

When I entered, I saw graffiti marks. I reported to the police, and after three reports and two visits, an officer came, took photographs but made no report.

To protect myself, I changed locks, changed one major security system for another, but to no avail. Finally, I gave up my new place and started to live in hotels.

Again, I was stalked from one hotel to another; a person or a group of stalkers would sneak into my hotel room, sprayed same or new substances and leave. Some stayed in the hotel and used its Wi-Fi for cyber-attacks.

One day, I opened my room to lessen the effects of the smell and toxins sprayed in my absence; one stalker walked by and yelled, “Close your door” and forcefully shut it. I reported to the hotel. When a staff came to investigate, he was gripped and sickened by the smell and the stinging substance(s) utilized. He opened my window, and later, my room was changed.

Since the stalkers proved that locks, hotel doors, and security devices are no deterrents, I sought protection from the District Attorneys' office and sheltering agencies. I received referrals, but no accommodation.

POLICE COMPLACENCY
My case and plight are well known to three divisions of the police including the investigative unit, yet nothing has been done to protect me or stop the crimes. Presently, I don’t have a home, any privacy and security. I am on the run, and my life is imperiled.

I am pleading for protection as well as an answer to the types of the sprayed substances used to harm me.
