KIEV, NOT APPLICABLE, UKRAINE, January 26, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- On January 14, Ministry of Economic development and Trade of Ukraine has issued an order about corporatization of SE "UMCC". This is the first step, which is a part of UMCC program to attract potential investors.

December 30, The Cabinet of Ministers agreed the transformation of SE "UMCC" into the public joint stock company, 100 percent of which shall be firstly owned by the State.

"We welcome this landmark decision, which has been expected for a years. It will be the first step towards transparent privatization of headed complexes", - commented this event the first deputy of a general director of SE "UMCC" Alexandr Gladushko.

According to his words, corporatization is aimed to independent and objective valuation of SE "UMCC" properties. It will determine the market value of the enterprise and attract investors to these assets subsequently for further development.
