T&L Foundation for Child Care Information Hosts Summer Sips and Strokes Fundraiser to Bring Aid to Child Care Communities

MALIBU, CALIFORNIA, USA, August 19, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- On Saturday, August 15, T&L for Child Care Information, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, hosted its first fundraiser, Summer Sips and Strokes at Paradise Cove in Malibu, CA. Foundation supporters, sponsors and board members gathered for an afternoon of painting, wine tasting and a silent auction.

The event, sponsored by Community First Mortgage, began with appetizers provided by Green Acres Catering and plentiful wine tastings generously donated by One Hope Wines. Guests then laughed and learned to paint a version of Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh, instructed by Brandon Pizzolo with Paint and Sip Studio LA, while overlooking the breathtaking view of the ocean in Malibu.

The silent auction included donations from Four Seasons, The Sage Room, Heather Huang Photography, Camarillo Pilates, Inspire Me Preschool, Pacific Breeze, KO Boxing, Cove Paddle Fitness, Massage Envy, Stevenson Fitness, Bridge Gear, Soul Cycle, Moorpark Country Club, The Knothole Tree, Pinots Palette, Marmalade Café, Farfalla Tratoria, Billy D’s Backyard BBQ, Underwood Family Farms, Gull Wings Children’s Museum, Create Studio, Bandits BBQ, the Fineroff Family and the Clark Family.

T&L for Child Care Information Foundation strengthens quality child care and early education through participation in and education of health and wellness initiatives. “It is imperative to reach children and families early on to teach the importance of being healthy,” states foundation co-founder, Samantha Marshall. “Giving children a foundation at an early age can set the stage for a healthier future.”
