PARIS, ILE DE FRANCE, FRANCE, May 22, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Limonetik, a key player in global digital payments infrastructure and a marketplaces solution provider, announces the opening of its new entity Limonetik UK Ltd, along with the appointment of Clive Williams as Managing Director (MD) and signing up services of international payments consultant Masha Cilliers to grow partnerships and alliances.

Continuing its development strategy and strong of its latest commercial successes, Limonetik extends its International coverage in English geographies and in Asian markets.

This creation is accompanied by two appointments:

• Clive Williams, Director of Business Development at Limonetik since 2012 is promoted to MD of Limonetik UK Ltd. He will be responsible for the Company's growth in Northern Europe and in Asia and will ensure the smooth running of the UK Company. Before joining Limonetik Clive Williams, who is also the founder of Prepaid Consultancy Services Ltd, has worked for 18 years in the payments industry and related services at companies such as PayPoint, First Data, Stored Value Solutions (SVS ) and PrePay Solutions (PPS). Clive also worked for 10 years in the Oil Sector, at Amoco and Texaco. His professional experience covers Europe, the UK, Continental Europe and the US.

• Masha Cilliers, Principal Consultant of Payment Options Ltd, with over 20 years of experience in the payments sector and a key focus on the digital commerce, is contracted for her consulting services in developing Limonetik’s global growth through collaboration with major partners such as Payment Service Providers, Ecommerce platforms and many others. She will be working closely with Christophe Bourbier, the Chairman of Limonetik. Prior to formally becoming a consultant, Masha played key strategic roles at DataCash, GlobalCollect, CyberSource, Microsoft and Visa International. She covered business development, partnerships, innovation and new product strategy across global markets.
