Summit to discuss future of Egypt’s Transport Infrastructure
Experts and stakeholders from across the spectrum of Egyptian transportation are set to come together at the Egypt Transport Infrastructure Summit.
With attendees already confirmed from Egypt’s Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Finance, Egyptian National Railways, the National Authority for Tunnels and the General Authority for Roads, Bridges and Land Transport, this event seeks to achieve progress and promote discussion amongst those involved in Egypt’s transport sector.
A great deal is planned to advance Egypt’s transport infrastructure, with expansions to road, rail, metro and maritime facilities planned. Major projects such as the extension of Cairo metro line 3, the construction of 3,600km of new roads and the acquisition of six new train sets for the Cairo-Alexandria train line have made transport infrastructure a major topic in Egypt and with so much planned for the future, conference attendees will have a lot to discuss.
