The third phase ofthe Samburgskoye gas condensate field developed bySeverEnergiya LLC (ajoint venture between Gazprom Neft and NOVATEK) has been commissioned and isnow infull commercial production. The capacity ofthe third phase exceeds 2billion cubic metres ofnatural gas per annum, bringing production toits design capacity ofapproximately 7billion cubic metres ofgas per annum.

REFERENCE

The Samburgskoye deposit islocated inthe Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District inthe Samburgsky licence plot. Production atthe deposit has been ongoing since April 2012 and in2013 totalled 4.8 billion cubic metres ofgas and 646,000 tonnes ofliquid hydrocarbons.

SeverEnergiya LLCis ajoint venture between Gazprom Neft and NOVATEK. SeverEnergiya holds 100% ofJSCArcticgas, which holds the licences for the Samburgsky licence plot, inwhich the Samburgskoye, Urengoiskoye, Vostochno-Urengoiskoye and Severo-Esetinskoye fields are located. Additionally, Arcticgas also holds licences for the Yaro-Yakhinsky, Evo-Yakhinsky and Severo-Chaselsky licence plots. Asat1January 2014, SeverEnergiya’s recoverable reserves ofthe ABC1+C2 categories ofthe Russian reserve classification totalled 14.5 billion barrels ofoil equivalent, including 5.5 billion barrels ofliquid hydrocarbons. Inthe spring of2014, Gazprom Neft and NOVATEK reached anagreement onparity control ofthe company.
