Gazprom Neft retail network invites entries to new student ecology competition
The Gazprom Neft retail network isinviting students and post-graduates athigher educational establishments inIvanovo, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and StPetersburg tosubmit their ideas for ecological initiatives tobeintroduced throughout the company’s filling stations.
The project isbeing implemented bymajor universities and other higher educational establishments active inthe training and development ofenvironmental specialists, throughout the Central, North—West and Privolzhsykiy Federal Regions —all areas inwhich the Gazprom Neft retail network ispreeminent
The competition istargeted athighlighting issues relating toenvironmental protection, and atpromoting environmental education and awareness among young people. Inevaluating each ofthe projects, judges will befocussing onthe viability oftheir practical implementation, aswell astheir ecological and economic effectiveness.
Applications may besubmitted inany format by30September 2014. Authors ofwinning projects will beawarded prizes, and offered the opportunity toundertake asecondment inthe environmental protection division ofthe Gazprom Neft retail network. The project deemed tooffer the greatest potential interms ofbenefit tothe environment and economic viability will beimplemented throughout the Gazprom Neft filling station network.
