7 February 2014Gazprom Neft Marine Bunker, the operator ofJSC Gazprom Neft’s bunkering business, has been accredited tosupply bunker fuel tocruise liners housing client groups, spectators, and staff during the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XIParalympic Winter Games inSochi from January 7toMarch21, 2014.
Fuel will besupplied bythe company’s own modern bunker tankers operating inthe Black Sea area, namely the Gazprom Neft West, the Gazprom Neft Zuid West, and the Gazprom Neft Nord East. The ships meet the requirements ofinternational conventions and have all the necessary permits and licenses.
InJune 2013, Gazprom Neft Marine Bunker became the first ofthe Black Sea region’s bunker suppliers toreceive authorization towork atthe Port ofSochi.
