William Byrd of the Chestnut Hill Historical Society hopes to spark more interest from those within and outside of the Chestnut Hill Community. William Byrd’s website, which is still in the early stages of development is geared towards spreading historical information about Chestnut Hill, as well as current events, and happenings. “I love the Chestnut Hill community.” William Byrd says. “Chestnut Hill is one of the most historical, and beautiful places on the planet, and I hope to spread information about its rich history, as well, as post information of current and past events.”

William Byrd has been an active member of the Chestnut Hill Historical Society, and was recently award the position of president. “It’s a great honor to be a contributor to this wonderful organization. I hope my new website with reach a wonderful audience of curious Chestnut Hill community members, who would like to help promote Chestnut Hill as a thriving historical epicenter. We have so much to learn and to give back. I look forward to this challenge.” William Byrd says.
