Gazprom Neft introduces new G-Drive 98 fuel
12 September 2013Gazprom Neft has launched sale ofanew premium-grade 98octane fuel under the G-Drive brand name inMoscow, Saint Petersburg, and Krasnodar Krai. Before the end ofthe year, this premium-grade gasoline will beavailable atGazpromneft gas stations inNovosibirsk, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Kemerovo, and Tyumen Oblasts, aswell asKrasnoyarsk Krai and Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs.
G-Drive 98hi-tech fuel with enhanced properties contains components developed byleading international experts inthe area ofimproving the efficiency ofengine operation. Anactive complex ofadditives increases the engine’s power, improves the automobile’s acceleration, removes deposits from the fuel system and prevents them from reappearing, and also cuts fuel consumption.
The customers inYekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk Oblast, where sales ofG-Drive 98fuel began aspart ofapilot project inearly 2013, gave the premium-grade fuel ahigh rating.
“Based onthe results ofthe pilot project, wemade the decision tobegin selling G-Drive 98across the country inorder toprovide our customers with anew, high-quality fuel. Ninety-five octane G-Drive has been sold atGazpromneft gas stations inRussia for over two years. Atgas stations where G-Drive 95octane gasoline issold, the share ofthat fuel insales isover 30percent. Iam confident that motorists throughout Russia will give G-98 the recognition itdeserves aswell,” commented Gazprom Neft Regional Sales Director Alexander Krylov.
