REMEMBERING 4 YOU, a Mapleton, Maine based training organization in the United States, released the names of four healthcare professionals honored for their unconditional service to persons living with Alzheimer’s and dementias
The founder and president of Remembering 4 You (R4Y), Dr. Ethelle Lord, publicly recognized the first group of healthcare professionals for their exceptional services to persons living with Alzheimer’s and dementias living in long-term care. Each individual was awarded a Certificate of Commendation and a gift of money from R4Y.
Categories selected for this honor included exceptional services to family caregivers and residents, exceptional services to persons living with Alzheimer’s and dementias, and most enthusiastic demeanor in the course of providing healthcare services. All candidates recognized and demonstrated the importance of person-centered care on a consistent basis.
