Valery Kolotilin , who had previously headed the Gazprom Neft Oilfield Services Purchasing Department, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Gazpromneft Muravlenko
on April 23.
Valery Kolotilin had managed the Gazprom Neft Oilfield Services Purchasing Department since 2011. Prior to that, he had been head of LLC Gazpromneft Nefteservis
, the organization that runs Gazprom Neft's services assets which have been spun out but remain major contractors and partners of the company. Valery Kolotilin was born in 1963, and in 1986 he graduated from the Gubkin Oil and Gas Institute in Moscow with a major in mining engineering and drilling of oil and gas wells. He began his career in 1987 at the Sutorminskoye Drilling Shop of the Noyabrskneftegaz company, where he eventually advanced from driller to chief engineer. In 2004-2008 he worked within various subdivisions of TNK-BP.
Vladimir Vdovin, who managed Gazpromneft Muravlenko until April 2013, will continue working within Gazprom Neft. Under a personnel rotation program, he will cross over to the Gazprom Neft Major Projects Directorate.
