Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 8937 is used by issuers of specified securities to report organizational actions that affect the basis of the securities involved in the organizational action. A link is posted below to a copy of our Form 8937 addressing the Company’s reporting of the U.S. tax treatment of the 2012 distributions of LyondellBasell Industries N.V.
