AgriSolutions to Make Its AgIQ® Business Intelligence Dashboard Available to All Producers
/EINPresswire.com/ AgriSolutions, based in Brighton, Illinois, has built its business upon making business management technology work for its production agriculture clients. This is a direct result of the ongoing focus they’ve always had on their key mission: To help agricultural producers be effective business managers.
Until now, AgriSolutions has made its newest proprietary technology and software offerings available only to its current clients.
Very soon, however, AgriSolutions will be making its AgIQ® Business Intelligence Dashboard available to any producer who wants a way to access their operational data in real time. And to be able to see that information anywhere on any device with an Internet connection.
WHAT IS AgIQ?
The AgriSolutions AgIQ® Business Intelligence Dashboard is a collection of Internet-based tools that allows producers to manage their information in order to make plans and decisions for their operations. AgIQ has the capability to compile the producer’s own data with information from any number of sources that provide up-to-date weather, market, news and regulatory information.
Subscribers to AgIQ will be able to access their own personal dashboard from a simple icon on a computer desktop, smartphone or tablet screen. After logging in with a secure username and password, their individualized and customized dashboard will display key performance indicators created from various data sources they’ve set up beforehand.
Data from these different sources can be combined to report historical and/or real-time information. Producers can see financial, production, and/or field-specific reports, depending on the level of customization he or she chooses. Reports can be saved, printed and shared with employees or partners, or simply viewed on a connected computer, smartphone or tablet anywhere, anytime.
The subscriber will determine the login information and set the permissions for themselves, their employees or strategic partners, so control over who has access to the information is in the producer’s hands. The security for this new application is managed through leading edge, web-based technologies AgriSolutions developed with some of the recognized leaders in the category.
JUST WHAT TODAY'S PRODUCERS NEED
The AgIQ Business Intelligence Dashboard gives producers immediate access to their own information, a way to combine it with data pulled from almost any source and the added ability to generate and share reports, charts or graphs. All of which means that the ever-increasing amount of “big data” producers need to make key business decisions is now easier to gather, easier to see and easier to use for operational planning and management.
The AgIQ Business Intelligence Dashboard is available through a subscription to AgriSolutions Agricultural Management Advisory Program (AMAP™). AMAP is just one part of a suite of applications called AgriSolutions On Demand, which gives access to all of the company’s products, services and expertise via the Cloud.
WHAT IS AMAP?
“AMAP is the centerpiece of the AgriSolutions wrap-around approach to working with its clients,” says Sam Bachman, Consultant and Technology Engineer for AgriSolutions, “It reinforces our ability to deliver on our mission to help agricultural producers be effective business managers.”
AMAP is designed as a program that producers participate in over an extended period of time. It involves an evaluation of management needs, analysis and consulting around their current business, an ongoing calendar of educational offerings, proprietary business intelligence support, benchmarking and networking opportunities.
The various elements that make up the AMAP program are custom-tailored for each producer, based on his or her operation’s unique situation and particular needs. To seamlessly orchestrate all the AMAP elements, AgriSolutions also assembles a team of experts based on these same needs.
“The tools and technology are relatively meaningless without the right guidance to go with them,” says Bachman. “The teams we build for our clients are made up of experts in each area of the program, with the knowledge and experience to help clients develop the management skills and business processes their operations need.”
