Harold is an aviation enthusiast holding both FAA Aircraft Engineer and Commercial Pilot Licenses. He brings broad experience in all aspects of aviation operations, maintenance, quality, and safety to Bassaka Air. This coupled with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, strategy/procedure development, auditing, and regulatory matters underscores the Bassaka Air commitment to exceed international safety standards and industry best practices.

Harold’s project management experience includes aircraft acquisition and delivery as well as modification and maintenance program management. He has also developed business strategies, policy and procedures for AOC, AMO, and CAMO initiatives across North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
