Job Description
EIN Presswire is searching for qualified people to work part-time making courtesy calls. This will be a flex time position as agreed and will be a work at home position. Courtesy calls are short calls to provided leads following scripted material. These calls are NOT sales calls. They are NOT intended to provide additional information from the caller to the lead. In the rare event when a potential lead has questions about the service, the caller will collect full contact information and open a ticket for an internal EIN Presswire employee to contact the lead.
Qualified Candidates
EIN Presswire is searching for motivated people to make short courtesy calls to leads provided. The individual(s) hired would be making calls only.
Qualified candidates will have a pleasant demeanor, professional attitude and an ability to focus on the process of calling to leads at an acceptable call rate.
Qualified candidates will be native English speakers with confidence and a professional sounding voice.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Laptop with access to internet and headphones
- The ability to work from home or remotely
EIN Presswire will provide:
- Access to cloud based CRM and telecom software for tracking and calling leads
- Scripts to use for calling
- Recorded calls from our knowledge base for training and reference
- Training sessions both remotely and in-person.
