Opportunities for Support

BRIDGE Open Office Hours: The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) and project partners will continue holding general Office Hours on a weekly basis. Our next session is scheduled for next Wednesday, Oct. 28, 12–1 p.m. CDT.

Short-Term Substitute Code Now Available

The SUB: Short‑Term Substitute district assignment code has been added into Infinite Campus, available under the Title field in District Assignments. Please use this title when adding short-term substitute teachers into Infinite Campus. This code will support the functionality of the existing SubLink module from K-12 Solutions.

NDDPI Technical Support Guide

NDDPI has released the Infinite Campus Technical Support Guide, a comprehensive resource designed to help district staff quickly identify the right point of contact for technology-related questions within North Dakota’s Student Information System environment.

Because multiple partners support different parts of the SIS ecosystem, this guide outlines the roles and support boundaries for Infinite Campus, NDDPI, NDIT, K12 Solutions Group, EduTech, REAs, ESPB, and local districts. It is intended to streamline troubleshooting, reduce delays, and ensure districts receive timely, accurate support for SIS-related processes.

Please note this is a living document and will continue to be refined. The guide is now available on the NDDPI Resource Hub.
