AN ACT

Designating a bridge, identified as Bridge Key 68471, carrying

Pennsylvania Route 403 over Pine Run in Marion Center

Borough, Indiana County, as the Sergeant Larry McManus

Memorial Bridge.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Sergeant Larry McManus Memorial Bridge.

(a) Findings.--The General Assembly finds and declares as

follows:

(1) Larry Richard McManus was born August 15, 1952.

(2) He joined the United States Marine Corps on June 28,

1971, became a Sergeant E-5 and was honorably discharged on

June 27, 1975.

(3) For his service, Sergeant McManus received a Good

Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam

Service Medal and Presidential Unit Citation.

(4) Sergeant McManus died on January 13, 2023, in

Indiana County.

(b) Designation.--The bridge, identified as Bridge Key
