Members of the public can comment on their county’s non-unanimous early voting plans for the 2026 November election below in addition to contacting their county board members. If submitting a comment, you will need to choose your county that you are commenting on.

The ability to submit a comment will close on August 17, prior to the State Board meeting on August 20 where your county’s non-unanimous plans will be considered. Submitted comments will be compiled and provided to the State Board.

Submit public comments regarding non-unanimous voting plans on the NC State Board of Elections website (comments will be accepted through August 17).
