Are belongings beginning to take over your home? A free 16-week Buried in Treasures workshop will begin this fall at the Dennis Center for Active Living, offering practical support for people struggling with compulsive acquiring, saving, and hoarding.
The workshop provides a supportive setting where participants can learn strategies for reducing clutter, work toward long-term goals, and connect with others facing similar challenges.
Participants will receive:
- A free copy of the Buried in Treasures book
- Support from others with similar struggles
- Decluttering strategies for the home
- Skills to help achieve long-term goals
The program is free and open to all. It is a 16-week commitment, with each session lasting two hours.
