Montrose County Road and Bridge Department will begin Chip Seal application on August 10th on Begonia Road from 550 Road E to STR, then STR E to 5675 Road and then 5675 Rd E to 5725 Road.  Updates on other road application locations will be posted as the project proceeds.

What to expect:
•    Short-term noise and temporary traffic slowdowns.
•    Equipment and crew activity in/near the roadway.
•    Temporary lane closures.

Important information for residents and drivers:
•    Please drive slowly and watch for equipment entering/exiting the roadway.
•    Avoid parking in work zones.
•    Keep vehicles on the road surface and avoid sudden stops.
•    Avoid making sharp turns on fresh chip seal.
