Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service Publishes 2025 Annual Report
The Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) has released its Annual Report for fiscal year 2025, highlighting a year of growth, service and statewide impact.
The report provides an overview of TEEX’s financial and programmatic performance, along with key milestones that supported public safety and workforce development across Texas and beyond.
During fiscal year 2025, TEEX trained more than 230,000 participants and delivered training to communities across the nation. The agency also expanded workforce development efforts in the Rio Grande Valley and Coastal Bend regions, increasing access to training and strengthening local economies.
TEEX also played a critical role in disaster response, deploying to incidents across Texas, including the Texas Hill Country floods, an ongoing deployment that has become the longest deployment in the history of Texas A&M Task Force.
The report also highlights TEEX’s continued efforts to address emerging challenges for first responders, including mental wellness and lithium-ion battery fire risks, as well as expanded use of virtual reality in training programs.
